Honda Crv automatic to manual transmission swap?

i own a 2001 Honda Crv SE with the B20Z non vtec and the 4 speed automatic transmission. It blue books at $7500 with 170xxx miles. im planning on putting an LS Vtec Cylinder head on it and i want to replace the AT with a MT transmission. what transmission and gear box would work well for a AT to MT conversion? cus i want at least a 5 speed but have alot of torque. if there is a sequential transmission out there for a B20z CRV that would be fantastic.
