Which engine should i get for my honda del sol? H22 or B16a?

I can get them for around the same price. i hear the H22 is heavy though (some people say 30lbs some have said 200lbs i don't really know) and it's a little to big for the del sol. it might be a pain in the *** to drop in, which i have no experience doing. the h22 has about 30 more HP and A LOT more torque but i've heard a lot of good things about the b16a vtech also and it seems like everyone has a biased opinion about which one to take.. I'm not going to be using the sol on the track i just want some power i'm sick of this d series engine that has over 200k miles on it! and if the h22 does weigh a lot more and doesn't fit the b16a will probably cost me a lot less in the long run.. idk what to do. opinions?
