How much hp and torque should a 1977 chevy 350 motor be putting out?

My father has a 1977 c30 dually dumptruck with a 350 motor in it. I was planning on pulling the motor to replace the one in my 87 k20. Can anyone tell me how much hp and torque it should be putting out? Also is this before emision control systems that i have read "restrict the engine"? It has a 4 barrel quadrajet carb but i will be replacing that with my edelbrock 600 cfm. Can you tell me how much it should get with that carb? Thank you
